Problems with protection hardlocks

The following files are provided to solve possible problems with protection hardlocks or with the installation. Do not download these files if you do not have these problems. Before downloading, we recommend that you contact our technical department so that they can give you step-by-step instructions on how to install the system.

To access the files, follow these steps:

1. Go to the CYPE download area.
2. In the "Download type" filter, select "Technical files".
3. Search for and download the file corresponding to the hardlock used by the device:
   • sentinel_protection_installer_7_6_9.exe
     Update Sentinel USB key driver (7.36 MB).
   • hldrv32.exe
     Update Hardlock USB key driver (4.88 MB).
