Phone and email enquiries
Users with a valid CYPE one professional licence (or Maintenance agreement) can contact CYPE's Technical Support Department by phone or email using the contact details for any of the offices listed below. Effective from 9 June 2026.
Users of non-professional licenses (evaluation license, campus license and temporary license) can send their enquiries to support.edu.en@cype.com.
All CYPE users can submit their enquiries via our AI tool, CYPE Mentor.
