Users may see the following warning in Open BIM Analytical Model:
The properties of the surface of the opening are not compatible with the properties of the surface contained by the opening.
The warning may appear if an opening has been made in a wall defined as a party wall. The program interprets this as an incompatible situation.
To solve this problem, the definition of the wall should be modified (e.g. by changing its definition to “External façade” if it comes from CYPE Architecture) and then the export and import should be carried out again in Open BIM Analytical Model.
