- For companies, please indicate the name or company name in the "Surname" or "Business name" field and the name and surname of the contact person in the "First name" or "Contact person" field.
- For individuals, please indicate your surname in the "Surname" or "Business name" field and your first name in the "Name or "Contact person" field.
