NSCP 2015 standard for the Philippines in the new CYPE version 2025.d

In version 2025.d we have implemented the NSCP 2015 standard for the Philippines in CYPECAD and CYPE 3D. As mentioned during the session, here we explain how to configure CYPECAD to use metric reinforcement with US standards.
