How to recover an automatic safe copy made by the program when opening a file saved with a previous version

When a file saved with a previous version is opened in a CYPE program, an automatic safe copy compressed in CYP format is made and stored in the following default path:

C:\CYPE Ingenieros\Projects\program_name\Safe copy\file_name(20XX.Y).cyp

The previous version with which the file was saved is shown in brackets. If you have changed the path where your projects are saved, you must locate the "Safe copy" folder that will have been generated in the same path in order to find this file.

The program makes this safe copy as a precaution, as jobs cannot be edited with a version older than the one with which they were saved, allowing users to recover the information in the file in its original state and work on it again in the old version if necessary.

To do this, this CYP file can be located at any time in the above-mentioned path and decompressed using the usual procedure for working with it, e.g. the version in which it was saved:
