Our filters can detect whether a job has been analysed or entered with an illegal CYPE license, after which it is blocked. This means that the job cannot be recovered or, if a query has been sent to the technical support service, it will not be resolved.
The file may have been sent by a third party, in which case the sender should be made aware of this fact. There is also a chance that, without your knowledge or consent, an illegal copy has been installed on your computer, in which case we recommend uninstalling the illegal version and re-entering the job using your legal license, in order to ensure that the results provided by the program are correct.
