As a professional, there are several options for using CYPE programs completely free of charge, either permanently, in the case of CYPE’s free programs, or temporarily, in the case of programs that require the purchase of permits for professional use.
1. Free BIMserver.center applications
Registration on the BIMserver.center platform, developed by CYPE, is free for the general public and opens up the possibility of using more than 170 applications available in the BIMserver.center Store.
Among them are a large number of free applications. Downloading, installing and using these free applications, even for professional use in real projects, is completely free of charge. Please refer to the information text for each application in the BIMserver.center Store to find out whether the program you wish to use is free of charge:

2. Evaluation version
CYPE’s applications that are not free (both the BIMserver.center applications that include paid modules and the programs in CYPE’s general menu) have a free access version with a time limit on use: the Evaluation version.
When this version is installed, the program can be run for 10 days, not necessarily consecutively, during which all options can be evaluated. As they are not necessarily consecutive, the program evaluation can be interrupted at any time and can be resumed, if necessary, several months later. An internet connection is required.
This version has been designed so that users can evaluate the program in order to determine its applicability to their projects and evaluate it for purchase. At the end of the evaluation period, they can open the completed work, if they wish, with a professional version that they can purchase.

3. Temporary license
The Temporary license is a version that allows users to access certain programs and modules for a limited period of time by means of an access key provided by CYPE. This requires a permanent broadband internet connection.
Temporary licenses are normally used for CYPE program courses given in academies, universities and other educational centres. In any case, please contact the sales department for more information on how to obtain a key for a temporary license.
