Users may encounter the following general error when downloading CYPE apps from the BIMserver.center Store:
General error
A serious error has ocurred. It is impossible to continue running the program. Click Accept, make a note of the error in the Details > > window and contact CYPE Technologies technical support.
In these cases, we recommend disabling Windows Smart App Control.
You can access Smart App Control in Windows via the system’s search bar or via the "Windows Security" menu by selecting "App & browser control" and then clicking on "Smart App Control settings".
Once in Smart App Control, select "Off".
