Phone and email enquiries
Users of professional licenses with a valid Maintenance agreement can contact CYPE's Technical Support Department by telephone or email at any of the offices listed below. Applicable from 7 January 2026.
Users of professional licences without a Maintenance agreement can submit their queries using the contact form or by sending an email to support@cype.com. Users of non-professional licenses (evaluation license, Campus license and temporary license) can send their queries to the email address support.edu.en@cype.com.
