Phone and email enquiries
Users of professional licenses for versions 2025 and 2026 can contact CYPE's Technical Support Department either by phone or via the email address of any of the offices listed below.
Users of versions prior to version 2025 can make their enquiries via the Contact Form and/or by sending an e-mail to support@cype.com. Users of non-professional licenses (Evaluation license, Campus license and Temporary license) can send their queries to the following e-mail address: support.edu.en@cype.com.
